ED TARCA

President and Founder

Ed holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to forming his construction company, he designed simulators for the petroleum industry. Ed started his construction firm in 1989 and specializes in custom homes and remodeling in the Boston Metro Area. He is a hands-on owner and is involved in every aspect of construction from the initial concept to the finished product. He combines his technical expertise with an artistic eye to create luxurious, yet comfortable homes that match the owners’ vision.

NORMAN SIRK

Principal

We believe every project should have a quality architect on the team from the beginning. Making sure that the architect and client are a good match is Norman’s primary function. If the team, which includes architect, client, contractor, engineer and interior designer, are perfect for the project, the project will be done on time and on budget exceeding clients expectations.

STEVE COITO

Construction Supervisor

Steve is a licensed Construction Supervisor who holds a B.S. in Building Material and Wood Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has worked with Ed since 2002, starting in our Custom Millwork Shop specializing in custom cabinetry and is currently our Construction Supervisor. As Construction Supervisor he manages the day-to-day activities on the job site. His range of experience allows him to manage the big picture as well as appreciate the fine details of the project.

TIM BEDER

Tim has worked with Ed since 1996, he became part of E.W. Tarca’s team in 2004. Tim is a Master Interior Finish Carpenter who is known for his superior craftsmanship and his artistic approach to building.

TOM DEMARZO

Tom has been part of E.W. Tarca’s team since 2008, with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry he specializes in Research and Design. Using Cabinet Vision Software, Tom is able to bring our clients visions to life.

JACY DESOUZA

Jacy has been part of E.W. Tarca’s team since 2004, he currently oversees our Custom Wood Shop. Jacy is a talented individual who is skilled in interior finish and exterior carpentry. He specializes in producing high-end millwork for all of our projects.
