At E.W. Tarca Construction our mission is to take our clients’ visions, goals and dreams for their home, and make them a reality. We take pride in building and/or renovating custom homes that are both beautiful and comfortable. With over 20 years’ experience Ed and our E.W. Tarca team will consider how our homeowners live, work and entertain to help customize every detail of their home to fit their needs. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure that the building process is as stress-free as possible.
Design Center
One of the many things that set’s E.W. Tarca Construction apart is our 1500 sq. ft. Design Center, where customers can experience first-hand the hundreds of samples of flooring, countertops, hardware, lighting, molding and cabinets available to them. The Design Center simplifies the decision process for the client like no ordinary catalogue or confusing showroom can. As an added-value service and convenience, the Design Center is sited adjacent to our custom Millwork Shop, where we design and fabricate virtually all of the cabinetry, moldings, kitchen and exterior architectural components that go into our homes. Here, clients are free to choose all of the built-ins as well as paint finishes to ensure their ultimate satisfaction.
Custom Millwork
The Millwork Shop is an in-house carpentry and woodworking center that allows E.W. Tarca Construction to keep the most detailed elements of construction under our control and, subsequently, at the disposal of our clients. If they so choose, the homeowners can watch for themselves how some of the most intricately crafted parts of their homes are being built. They can walk right from the Design Center next door to experience for themselves how their dreams are coming together.
